The Return to the Inner Temple
The Book is finally here!
The Return to the Inner Temple is live today on Amazon.
If you have been reading The Ember Blog for any length of time, you have already heard fragments of this teaching. The moné Jesus promised in John 14 as a dwelling place He goes to prepare. The Inner Room as a real interior space, not a metaphor. The Storehouse as a hidden vault of what heaven has prepared for you. The tripartite architecture of spirit, soul, and body, and why the spirit alone crosses certain thresholds. These threads have been running through the essays here for months. They have now been gathered into a book: The Return to the Inner Temple. And it now available on Amazon!
This new book draws from Scripture, from the mystics, and from years of watching people step across the threshold and find Christ waiting inside. It maps the invisible realms with as much care as I know how to bring, and it invites you into them not as a spectator but as a pilgrim.
Something has been lost in the modern Church. So many believers today are hungry for an interior life they were promised but never taught how to enter. They have sermons. They have programs. They have Scripture read aloud on Sunday. What they lack is the door. This book is an attempt to point to the door, and to help the reader find it open.
If you have found value in these Substack essays, the book is where the teaching goes deeper. And if you are willing, one thing would help enormously: an honest review on Amazon during launch week. Reviews are how new readers discover a book like this. A paragraph is enough. Whatever the book earns from you, in your own words.
Through July 21st, the book is available at the reduced launch price of $10.00.
More than anything, though, my prayer is simple. May this book find the hands it was written for. May it help someone, somewhere, cross the threshold into the intimacy their soul was made for. That is what the whole project is for.
